I plugged 30 amps of appliances into my PM-48C plugmold cord end power strip, rated for 15 amps. Is there a way to rest the breaker?

If the unit is able to function properly, the circuit breaker is reset by pushing in the button on the end of the strip.

how far apart are the outlets on the cord ended plug strips with 8 outlets?

I have three PM28C power strips with no mounting clips. Are they available?
If it's the older version of the PM48C, the mounting clips can be ordered under p/n V2003. If it's the current version, the mounting clips are not available separately at this time.
To identify if your strips are the old or the current design, take a look at the bottom side of the units. If the bottom is painted the same color ivory as the top, it's the old design. If the bottom side of the strip is unpainted "silver" metal, it's the current design.

I think the 15A circuit breaker needs to be replaced in my PM48C model. Do you have instructions for this?
The circuit breaker in the MP48C is not field replaceable. The entire outlet strip must be replaced. The unit is not designed or UL listed to be repaired on site and attempting to do so can result in an unsafe product.
